At the end of the tob this year, the commentators put together a long list of what might appear in 2013. I've used that loosely as a reading guide for the year (and have read some excellent books I might have missed otherwise). I totally agree about Gone Girl and Arcadia. I haven't read the Mantel yet, but I'm guessing it will be. Off the tob list, I also loved The Fault in Our Stars and The Master Blaster. I wasn't so excited about Carry the One or The Cove (didn't finish the latter). I'm already excited for the next tob. What a dork, no?
